BUSINESS MANAGER (BM)

• Develop-execute business plan faster than market growth; target by revenue & profit

• Have 5 years experience in selling IT products and services or application/solution to corporate customers with proven track record and customer satisfaction targets
• Must have valuable high-level contacts and relationship with clients’ organization; good knowledge, experience, networking in one of this sector: Telecommunication, Earth Resources (such oil & gas, mining)

BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVE/ACCOUNT MANAGER (BR/AM)

• Develop-execute sales plans (target, strategy, performance measurement; tactics, daily management)
• Aggressively develop-manage strategic accounts & build strong relationship by consultative approach
• Able to persuasively communicate our capabilities in various products/services to result in business deals
• Highly skillful in business presentation, sales negotiation & influencing clients
• Proven sales track record & able to work with target
• Min. 2 years (for BR) and 3 years (for AM) successful sales experience in selling IT products and services or application/solutionto corporate customers
• For Government (BR/AM-Gov), Financial (BR/AM-FSI), Network (BR/AM-NC), Telco (BR/AM-NSP), Manufacturing/Distribution (BR/AM-CBD), Bandung (BR/AM-BDG), Surabaya (BR/AM-SBY), Balikpapan (BR/AM-BPN), Pekanbaru (BR/AM-PKU).

PRODUCT MANAGER (PM)

• Manage mutual relationship with principal, develop-execute business plans together with principal
• Support sales team by providing competitive analysis, win/lose analysis, sales tools & collateral, product presentation & demo, product training
• Measured by sales quota achievement & manage sales funnel (opportunity list)
• Proven experience (min. 3 years) as the product manager for enterprise servers (RISC-based or high end intel-based) or enterprise storage

APPLICATION CONSULTANT (AC)

• Implement ERP package & conduct consulting services for the best practicein any industrial knowledge
• Identify clients’ requirement and responsible for designing, developing and implementing client business need
• Strong knowledge of Financial Management, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Management, Human Capital Management
• Experience in Consulting Services: Oracle Apps, JDEdward, Peoplesoft, SAP, IFS, or other ERP packages or business analyst is an advantage
• Strong understanding in Industrial Business Process
• Experience in minimum 1 full cycle of Enterprise application implementation are preferable; willing to travel.
• For Financial & Accounting (AC-Fin), Supply Chain Management (AC-SCM), Manufacturing (AC-Mfg), Human Resource (AC-HR)

TECHNICAL CONSULTANT DEVELOPER (TC)

• Bring advanced technical knowledge to meet client needs for quite complex environment and operation by analyzing technical option and defining technical specification for large client account
• Able to configure, personalize & customize forms and reports; Good in Algorithm, pattern and practices
• Experiences in coding with: VB, PL/SQL, T-SQL, ASP, PHP, Setting ODBC, Data warehousing, Normalization concept, Experiences in installing and configuring OS (Windows & UNIX), RDBMS systems (Oracle, SQL, Server, MySQL) & Web Server technology (Apache, SunOne).

APPLICATION ENGINEER (AE)

• Provide maximum supports for Telecom/Datacom & Wireless Technology products & services: presenting products (pre-sales & post-sales), testing & commissioning telecommunication system, delivering product’s training & providing technical assistance.
• Strong knowledge of basic telecommunication (Transmission, Switching , Mobile Technology) and RF/Microwave (Spectrum analysis, Modulation) and Good knowledge internetworking (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP)
• Experience in using Test Instrument (BER test, Protocol Analyser, Spectrum Analyzer) are preferable.

PRESALES ENGINEER (PE)

• Probing, identifying and defining business and technical requirement of the customer
• Provide solutions to meet customer’s requirement, mostly are network, infrastructure and all related
• Deliver presentation; Generate technical proposal and BOQ of Solution
• Knowledge of Telecommunication especially in Microwave Radio Technology, SDH, Broadband Wireless Radio, Data Communications.
• Have 1 year experience of working in telecommunication industry; Telecommunication graduates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply

TECHNICAL MANAGER (TM)

• Manage 24×7 schedules and take action to ensure full coverage
• Provide technical, operational and management guidance for a team of network controllers and front line technical staff.
• Lead staff responsible for acting on customer trouble reports, generating trouble tickets and performing follow-ups with customers.
• Plan network development for new application, work assignments and coordinate network mentoring
• AT least 4 years experience in the same position at Internet Service Provider
• Experience with FreeBSD/Linux, TCP/IP Routing, Multihoming, and security all internet services provider applications and its components.

DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER/PC SUPPORT (DSE/PCS-CSS)

• Maintain customer relationship, deliver the implementation; provide onsite trouble shooting; hands-on experience in PC Server, desktop, network (LAN) & PABX troubleshooting /installation
• Knowledge in Windows NT workstation & NT Server, Microsoft Dekstop application, shrink-wrapped application; Microsoft & Cisco certification are preferable
• Willing to be located in: Balikpapan, Jakarta, Lampung, Semarang, Medan, Padang, Denpasar, Surabaya, Makasar dan Banjarbaru (local residents are highly encouraged to apply)
• Willing to travel & D3 graduates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply

General Requirements:

• Bachelor degree majoring in Computer Science or IT or Electronic WEngineering or Telecommunication or related
• Fluent in English both oral and written, good presentation skill, strong leadership, analytical thinking, good communication, interpersonal skills, result-oriented attitude & willingness to learn
