HRD MANAGER/CHIEF HRD (HR)

• Degree holder in related discipline from a reputable university
• Min. 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years working experience at managerial level
• Having hands on skill in human resources management, general affairs, industrial relationship & safety and training.
• Well-versed in employment-related government regulations
• Strong analytical mind, communication, interpersonaland negotiation skills
• Resourcefull, well-organized and result-driven team leader/player

CHIEF PRODUCTION (CP)

• Degree in Industrial Engineering of Food Tech Engineering
• Min. 3 years of experience
• Conceptual and systematic, meticulous, good leadership

CHIEF PPIC/SUPERVISOR (PIC)

• Degree in Industrial Management or Industrial Engineering
• Min. 3 years of PPC experience
• Conceptual and systematic, meticulous, good leadership
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply for lower position

HRD SUPERVISOR (HRS)

• Bachelor degree in Psychology/Law
• Min. 2 years experiences as HRD Supervisor (Recruitment, Personnel Administration, Training)
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills

GA & LEGAL SUPERVISOR (GAS)

• Min. S1 in Law
• Experience min. 2 years
• Have a good knowledge about labor law and capable in handling personnel issues & filling
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills

CHIEF MAINTENANCE

• Min. 3 years experience
• Bachelor degree from well known university, major in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering
• Making decision using related datas

General Requirements:

• Max. age 35 (except for HRM 45)
• Proficient in written & spoken English and computer literate
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Adaptable, smart worker, fast learner, self-motivated, responsible
