Location: Cirebon, Jawa Barat, Indonesia

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the unloading and loading of bitumen ships/barges, including supervision of Terminal operators, Wharf attendants, and other personnel involved in unloading;
  • Update stock forecasts and liaise with supply to maintain optimal stock holding at all times;
  • Assist in the change over of Accounting system from the present Sun Based System to SAP system by providing Terminal Data, verifying process, training required and profiles;
  • Negotiate and agree with customers on mixing, splitting, advancement, and postponement of deliveries to ensure optimised fleet utilisation;
  • Closely working with Sales Staff and Customers to monitor and review lifting performance and to negotiate pick up of loads during non-peak hours to ensure higher utilisation of gantry;
  • Able to manage and advise on all scheduling activities including recommending changes in the order fulfilment process where appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree from reputable school;
  • Minimum 3 years experience in stock accounting or logistics operation;
  • Proficient in English communication skill;
  • Positive attitude towards self development and willing to learn new skills;
  • Experienced in managing documents, filing and various finance administrative tasks;
  • Good analytical skill and experienced in proposing basic improvement in the business process with the intention to increase effectiveness in area of work;
  • Authorisation to work in Indonesia is required for this position.
