To build and bring our HR organization to a strategic corporate role, we are inviting highly motivated and passionate professional to fill the following position:

COMPENSATION & BENEFIT SPECIALIST

Minimum Requirement:

1. 5 years experience in Human Resources, 3 years of which is in Compensation & Benefit, preferably with manufacturing or consumer goods industries
2. First-hand experience in report salary survey using different methods: data collection, interface with provider, interpretation and implementation.
3. Familiarity with different sources and experienced in acquiring C & B data and relevant statistics.
4. Ability to operate excel spreadsheet at an advanced level
5. Bachelor’s degree (S-1) from a reputable school with relevant field or discipline
6. Fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong communication skill
7. Enjoy working in an environment with diverse cultural background
8. At a career stage where stability is desired
